2. The warranty came into force from the moment of sale of the boat with receipt of the completed warranty certificate, which will determine the Product by its serial number. This warranty is in accordance with the following:
\n\u2022 on fabric of a cylinder and other inflatable elements of the boat, the guarantee against cracking, porosity and decay is provided:
\n\u2022 5 years PVC;
\n\u2022 10 years HYPALON;
\n\u2022 The product as a whole have a 2-year warranty.<\/p>\n
3. Due to the fact that this warranty is valid only in case of a manufacturing defect, it is not applicable to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the following reasons:
\n\u2022 non-compliance by the owner of the boat with instructions of the manufacturer for operation and maintenance;
\n\u2022 operation of boats with increased loads, participation or preparation for races or competitions of another kind;
\n\u2022 improper storage of the boat, which led to traces of caking, mold and \/ or decay, lack of maintenance;
\n\u2022 mechanical damage to the boat;
\n\u2022 changes in boat construction, installation of additional elements on the structure, or removal by persons, who were unaccredited;
\n\u2022 damage to the hull or elements of the boat associated with the use of chemical liquids.<\/p>\n
4. This warranty does not cover incidental or indirect costs such as boat transportation, launching, towing, storage, any communication costs, or rental of funds, waste of time, loss, or other consequential damages. Warranty service does not include the cost of accidents or their consequences.<\/p>\n
5. The method of repair and its location are determined by the official representative. The owner pays the costs associated with transportation to the place of repair.<\/p>\n
6. In case that the manufacturer\u2019s fault is established, manufacturer is obliged to eliminate the faults (defects) on the product within the stipulated time limits with the drawing up of the complaint settlement act. In this case, the material costs for troubleshooting are borne by the manufacturer.<\/p>\n
7. If it is determined that the malfunction and (or) defects occurred due to the owner\u2019s fault, the manufacturer reserves the right to revoke the warranty obligations to the consumer. In this case, the elimination of faults, defects and damage is done by mutual agreement of the parties and paid by the owner.<\/p>\n
8. Boats are accepted for warranty, after-warranty repair and after-sales service only in a dry and clean form.<\/p>\n
9. During the warranty period for the boat, the warranty obligations for the parts replaced under the guarantee is retained until the expiration of the period established for the boat.<\/p>\n

\nThe warranty does not apply to wheels, incl. bearings installed in the wheel hubs.
\nThe warranty does not apply to trailers if:
\n\u2022 the trailer was damaged as a result of non-compliance by the consumer with the requirements of operation;
\n\u2022 the trailer was damaged as a result of a road accident;
\n\u2022 the first trailer maintenance was not performed by the manufacturer;
\n\u2022 changes have been made to the trailer construction;
\n\u2022 the weight of the load placed on the trailer was greater than specified in the passport.
\nProduction is fully CERTIFIED, which ensures the issuance of a full package of documents for the released trailer.
